Investing in Strong Parent-Child Bonds
The National Family Law Policy Center advocates for sound family law policy that protects the best interests of children by protecting the fundamental rights of those best positioned to provide that level of care: fit, loving parents.
It is irrefutable that children with two fit committed parents in their lives do much better in life than those without. Our federal constitution protects the individual rights of each fit parent to provide that benefit to children without regard to the marital status between the parents.
The National Family Law Policy Center develops and promotes policies which enable children to have two full loving parents in their lives regardless of the marital status between those parents.
We educate legislators, judges, executive actors, attorneys, and parents through publications, conferences, research, educational seminars, amicus briefs, and other means, on constitutional family law issues that inform and place limits on family law policies.
